Each planter is shipped fully assembled from our USA manufacturing center, featuring optional 1-inch drainage holes, sturdy 1-inch feet risers, and exceptional all-weather resistance.
With tight inside welds and smooth corners, these planters effortlessly withstand all weather conditions, requiring no assembly and ensuring hassle-free enjoyment year-round.
STRUCTURE
For each planter, we use 11 (1/8" thick) gauge, heavy duty Corten Steel. Using 11 gauge the longevity of each planter and improves structural rigidity.
RAISED FEET
Each planter comes with 1-inch raised feet, to allow proper drainage, and for a sleek modern look.
DRAINAGE OPTION
We offer a choice of drainage holes and no drainage holes.
- Drainage holes are beneficial when planting live planters. Helps to control the amount of water in the soil/dirt.
- Without drainage holes, for applications where you will be using your own irrigation and drainage systems.
Corten Steel or "Weathering" Steel develops the rust patina over time. See the below weathering process .
Upon delivery
Arrives directly from the manufacturer in a greyish, unweather steel color.
1 Month
Over the first month, the planter developing light, rust patina.
3-6 Months
Over the next few months the planter keeps rusting and continues to develop its beautiful, natural rust color; the duration depends on the weather, climate and exposure.
6-12 Months
Once the planters reach its full rust color the rust mostly ceases, and the planter holds its color.
