• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We’ll cover the shipping costs for defective item exchanges.
